At the heart of my approach to psychotherapy is an attitude of respectful listening and close attention to my client’s values and search for meaning. I am a certified practitioner of Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and I have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington. I received a BA in Liberal Studies (music) in 1985 from Antioch University, and an Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Seattle University in 2009.
